Eat Real Food.

Forget the calories, the goal is to aim for minimally processed foods. Whether you are vegan, paleo, vegetarian, or aren’t really sure where to start, the easiest initial step is removing processed foods and introduce as many whole foods as possible.

Whole Foods

Whole foods are foods in their most natural state, minimally processed, and including no added ingredients. As foods are refined, heated, and preserved, nutrition is depleted until you have a package of carcinogenic junk.

Choose Organic

Organic Foods are grown with non-GMO seeds and maintained on land free of agrochemicals. It is hard to guarantee complete pesticide-free foods unless you go straight to the source of the food.

Dairy-free

Plant-based

Raw Foods

Raw foods contain all of the living enzymes and nutrition that are meant to be absorbed by the body. As we cook foods we are depleting nutrition more and more each second.

Gluten-Free

Modern wheat has been altered far from the way our ancestors were eating it. Along with hybridized species and pesticides application, convenient baking practices do not allow fermentation and can seriously impact the gut biome. Not only for gluten-intolerant or those with Celiac’s disease, but a few weeks without gluten can make a huge difference in mental clarity and energy production.
